We are currently looking for a strategic and results-driven Capital Advisory Partner to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead capital-raising initiatives, design innovative financing structures, and advise mission-driven organizations on sustainable growth strategies that maximize social impact and financial viability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive capital raising strategies for social enterprises, nonprofits, and impact investors.
  • Build and nurture robust relationships with institutional donors, impact investors, venture philanthropists, and financial institutions.
  • Provide expert financial and strategic advisory services on debt, equity, and grant financing models tailored to the development sector.
  • Conduct rigorous financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments to prepare clients for successful fundraising campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated development management and consulting solutions.
  • Represent Nolton Africa at high-level industry forums, stakeholder meetings, and networking events to advocate for innovative financing in African development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACA) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in investment banking, capital advisory, corporate finance, or impact investing, preferably within the African market.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully structuring and closing capital transactions for social enterprises, development projects, or corporate entities.
  • Deep understanding of the nonprofit, philanthropic, and social entrepreneurship ecosystems in Nigeria and broader Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and financial modeling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives, board members, and high-net-worth donors.
