About the Role
Malaria Consortium Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and experienced Campaign Senior Technical Specialist to drive our mission of tackling malaria through high-impact, large-scale public health interventions. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive technical leadership for Insecticide-Treated Net (ITN) distribution campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across macro and microplanning, supply chain management, demand creation, and monitoring systems. You will collaborate closely with the National Malaria Elimination Programme (NMEP), State Ministries of Health, and internal technical teams to deliver equitable, high-quality malaria control solutions for vulnerable populations across implementation states.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall technical leadership for ITN campaign design, planning, and implementation, aligning with national guidelines and donor requirements.
- Oversee multi-workstream integration encompassing microplanning, logistics, supply chain, training, Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC), and MEAL.
- Lead technical design and validation of campaign tools, GIS-informed targeting approaches, and digitized tracking systems.
- Provide technical guidance on SBC strategies, rumor management, and community outreach to drive demand and ensure high utilization rates.
- Represent Malaria Consortium in relevant technical working groups, coordination platforms, and stakeholder meetings with government partners.
- Advanced degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in malaria programming or managing large-scale public health campaigns.
- Strong expertise in ITN campaign design, logistics, supply chain management, SBCC, and M&E frameworks.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, DHIS2, and KoboToolbox.
