About the Role
Green Africa is a Lagos-based airline with a mission to be the quality airline that will better connect people and resources in Nigeria, and further, open up the West African seaboard. We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented CAMO Engineer to join our thriving engineering team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of safety, airworthiness, and operational efficiency across our fleet in strict compliance with NCAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluating technical publications to determine their applicability to Green Africa’s fleet such as ADs, SBs, modification publications, and repair documents.
- Creating and issuing engineering orders as may be required to maintain Green Africa's fleet in the original state of configuration and complying with applicable publications from manufacturers and NCAA regulations.
- Updating Green Africa’s maintenance manuals such as MP, MCM, and RPM as required by internal procedures and NCAA regulations.
- Monitoring all maintenance documents and ensuring that they are up to date and meticulously archived.
- Working closely with Technical Planning and Quality Teams to ensure seamless compliance with NCAA regulations.
- Tracking, monitoring, and investigating the performance of aircraft systems and components to optimize reliability.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven professional experience working as a CAMO Engineer in the aviation industry.
- Strong familiarity with aircraft maintenance software and robust record-keeping systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, effective task prioritization, and strong planning skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical scenarios.
