About the Role
Tribest Corporate Support Ltd is a premier corporate support solutions provider offering comprehensive people outsourcing services. We are currently looking for smart, articulate, and customer-focused Call Centre Representatives to join our growing team on-site in Victoria Island, Lagos. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers in a timely manner where necessary to ensure complete resolution
- Meet and exceed assigned customer service and performance targets
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery standards
- Minimum of an HND or BSc from a recognized institution
- Age not more than 35 years old
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English
- Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities
- Previous customer service or call centre experience will be an added advantage
- Must be readily available to work on-site in Victoria Island, Lagos
