About the Role
Workatlas Consult Limited provides standard and effective human resource management services, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and professional Client Experience Associate to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos or Zoo Road, Kano. In this full-time, onsite role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our workspace. You will combine customer service, administrative support, facility coordination, and client account management to foster a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment for all visitors and members.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and prospective members, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage client onboarding, workspace allocation, and account administration efficiently.
- Build and maintain positive relationships by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving service-related issues.
- Coordinate billing activities, including invoice preparation, payment follow-up, and account updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client contracts, memberships, renewals, and service agreements.
- Ensure offices, meeting rooms, and shared spaces are well-maintained and meet high presentation standards.
- Monitor and report facility issues, including equipment, utilities, internet connectivity, and maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with janitorial staff, security personnel, vendors, and building management to maintain a safe environment.
- Conduct workspace tours for prospective clients and provide detailed information on membership options.
- Support client retention goals by delivering outstanding customer service and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Prepare operational reports and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Community Manager.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in customer service, client relationship management, hospitality, or front office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, billing platforms, or office management software is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 170,000 to NGN 190,000.
