About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Unit Lead (Pharmacy) to manage day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain inventory integrity, and drive sustainable business growth across our branches in Enugu, Sapele, Ibadan, or Kano.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business unit operations to guarantee efficient service delivery and strict adherence to organizational standards.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor team members to cultivate a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage inventory planning, stock control, and resource allocation to ensure optimal product availability, achieving a stock-out rate of 5% or less.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, vendors, regulators, and internal stakeholders while promptly resolving any operational issues.
  • Monitor operational performance, prepare detailed reports, and actively support internal audits and external inspections.
  • Drive a 40% annual sales growth while strictly maintaining a 10% operating expense ratio and at least 85% patient satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field; relevant professional certifications will be a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of proven experience in pharmacy management, healthcare services, or a similar leadership role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in using pharmacy management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data reporting tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must currently reside in Enugu, Sapele, Ibadan, or Kano, as accommodation is not provided.
