Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured Business Studies lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Develop innovative teaching materials and strategies to enhance student understanding.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
- Incorporate real-life business examples and case studies to make lessons practical and relatable.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic staff to improve teaching methods and student outcomes.
- Prepare students adequately for examinations and academic assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and performance reports.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.

- A relevant degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- A teaching qualification (PGDE, B.Ed, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Proven work experience as a Business Studies Teacher or in a similar teaching role.
- Strong knowledge of business principles, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship concepts.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
