Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality Business Studies lessons to secondary school students using both the NERDC and British curricula.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching resources, and assessment tools aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on individual student progress, providing constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Mentor and guide students, fostering critical thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, and sound ethical decision-making.
- Incorporate Islamic values, discipline, and positive character traits into classroom management and daily interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design cross-curricular projects and participate in departmental meetings and school events.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Education, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or TRCN certification is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge of Business Studies, Commerce, and Entrepreneurship.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse learners.
- Demonstrated commitment to upholding Islamic values, professional ethics, and student discipline.
