Key Responsibilities- Support the development and seamless execution of corporate strategies across various business units.
- Monitor strategic initiatives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall business performance metrics.
- Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare detailed business analysis, insightful reports, dynamic dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Support financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive business planning.
- Contribute actively to digital transformation, innovation, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop professional business plans and compelling pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and follow up diligently on strategic action points to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and key stakeholders to drive successful execution.
- First Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Sciences, Engineering, IT, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, corporate planning, research, or financial analysis.
- Prior experience in the ICT, technology, consulting, or professional services sector will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical, quantitative research, presentation, and executive report-writing skills.
- Solid understanding of business strategy frameworks and foundational financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
