About the Role
Taela HR Advisory is hiring a results-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee our client's business operations in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead revenue growth, business development, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management to ensure optimal financial performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Drive B2B and B2C business development by converting incoming corporate and individual enquiries into confirmed revenue streams.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention, repeat business, and strategic referrals.
- Oversee daily business operations, coordinating supplier relationships, travel services, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, track profitability, and prepare comprehensive periodic business reports.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Nigerian team to foster high productivity, accountability, and seamless collaboration.
- Ensure stringent compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and effective risk management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in business development, operations management, or commercial roles.
- Demonstrated success in generating revenue, managing operational budgets, and leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and modern business management tools.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or professional business services is an added advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦300,000 to ₦400,000, determined by qualifications and experience.
