About the Role
Bukka Hospitality Limited (Bukka Hut), a premier fast-food restaurant known for serving authentic Nigerian meals in a comfortable and hygienic environment, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of our restaurant outlets in Lagos, ensuring profitability, maintaining high standards of food quality, and delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our esteemed customers.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and enjoy a pleasant dining experience while effectively resolving any complaints.
- Oversee restaurant cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall dining ambience to meet company standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, deployment based on skill sets, adherence to dress codes, and personal hygiene.
- Liaise with procurement officers to ensure timely availability of raw materials and proper merchandising of products.
- Monitor production against specified recipes to guarantee top-tier food quality before sales display.
- Accurately manage cash remissions, sales transactions, and daily sales reports to achieve set sales budgets.
- Motivate, supervise, and mentor the restaurant team to complete assigned tasks and comply with company policies.
- Coordinate deliveries and bulk orders while maintaining strict stock controls to minimize product wastage.
- Develop and implement innovative initiatives to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and expand customer counts.
- Possession of a Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3 to 10 years of progressive working experience in restaurant management or the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations, including labor scheduling and inventory control.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
