About the Role
JIJEDAPT Human Resources Consult Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to lead our Integrated Cleaning Services business unit based on the Lagos Mainland. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and overall profitability of the business unit as an independent profit centre. You will oversee a comprehensive range of services including commercial and residential cleaning, laundry and garment care, fumigation, pest control, and facility management, serving a diverse clientele across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share, secure corporate contracts, and diversify revenue streams.
- Provide visionary leadership for all integrated cleaning, facility support, and laundry operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage the business unit financial performance, including annual budgets, cost control, pricing strategies, and gross profit margins.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate operational supervisors and personnel to foster a high-performance, accountable, and customer-centric culture.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards, quality management systems, and statutory regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement through technology-driven processes, innovative service offerings, and robust asset management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or professional certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or business leadership role.
- Proven expertise in strategic business development, financial budgeting, contract negotiation, and operational excellence within the service industry.
