About the Role
Sunrose Consulting Limited is recruiting a dynamic Business Manager on behalf of our client, the premier studio for luxury leather restoration in Lagos. In this pivotal role reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will ensure the company functions efficiently to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and maximize profitability. You will combine strong leadership with strategic administration to oversee day-to-day operations and achieve long-term organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans aimed at long-term sustainability and market growth.
- Identify and source new business opportunities by targeting emerging markets and demographics.
- Elevate customer service standards to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers and high-profile clients on behalf of the company.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor detailed operational budgets to improve overall cost-efficiency.
- Lead the recruitment process by short-listing, interviewing, and selecting top-tier talent.
- Monitor industry trends, economic policies, and competitive landscapes to maintain a strategic edge.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and implement long-term company strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, management, or administration.
- At least 3 years in a proven team lead or management capacity demonstrating strong leadership.
- Exceptional business acumen and strong knowledge of operational policies and procedures.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for high-stakes stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with Nigerian employment laws, regulations, and commercial contract terms.
- Proven ability to motivate multi-departmental teams to consistently exceed targets and KPIs.
