We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to join our on-site team in Lagos State, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing daily operations, coordinating high-impact consulting and training engagements, and ensuring the seamless delivery of value-driven solutions to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day business operations and streamline internal workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate marketing consulting and human capital development training engagements.
- Develop and execute effective business strategies while monitoring financial performance and managing budgets.
- Support business development initiatives and identify new opportunities for organizational growth.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Track key performance indicators and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business management, consulting, or professional services within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in operations planning, project coordination, and client relationship management.
- Demonstrated analytical skills including financial analysis, data interpretation, and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with marketing strategy development, market assessment, and solution implementation.
- In-depth understanding of the Nigerian business landscape, particularly within Lagos.
