About the Role
Oasis Africa Consulting is a strategic Human Capital management partner delivering value to clients across Nigeria and Africa. We are currently recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Business Head to lead our Chemicals and Trans Aqua Products division. In this executive capacity, you will spearhead our corporate strategy, manage the entire product value chain, and expand our market share in the Nigerian chemical and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability across the chemical and Trans Aqua product segments.
- Oversee end-to-end operations including product development, sales, marketing, supply chain, and distribution.
- Forge and maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders, OEMs, suppliers, regulators, and high-level customers.
- Lead market intelligence initiatives, competitor analysis, and industry trend forecasting to maintain our competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish regional targets, enhance customer relationship management, and drive up-selling and cross-selling.
- Optimize supply chain management, inventory levels, procurement processes, and distribution networks to ensure cost-efficiency and product availability.
- Mentor, train, and guide team members while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, with a strong background in industrial sales.
- Extensive knowledge of lubricants, chemicals, market dynamics, and product applications.
