About the Role
First Cardiology Consultants (FCC) is Nigeria's premier cardiovascular healthcare provider, committed to delivering world-class cardiology services locally. We are recruiting a dynamic Business Executive to spearhead our business growth initiatives, identify market opportunities, and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders across the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all healthcare services and coordinate with departments to communicate value propositions to target clients
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with medical doctors across specialties to generate consistent referrals
- Identify and pursue business expansion opportunities through targeted field marketing programs
- Conduct competitive analysis to assess market trends, threats, and growth opportunities
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive qualified traffic to our facilities and enhance brand reputation
- Establish partnerships with corporate organizations, government agencies, and key vendors
- Oversee marketing campaign implementation from concept through execution and measure performance outcomes
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging industry trends
- Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads while maintaining prospect databases
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports on business development activities
- Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent (HND/NCE/OND) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven business development or marketing experience
- NYSC discharge certificate (compulsory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service abilities and client relationship management expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Results-oriented mindset with strong goal-achievement track record
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
