About the Role

We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Depot Officer to join our client's operations team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing daily depot activities, ensuring seamless inventory management, and maintaining optimal operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the depot management team with daily operational activities and logistics.
- Accurately record all incoming batteries and shipments scheduled for dispatch.
- Support physical battery movement, inventory counting, and routine stock reconciliation.
- Maintain precise digital and physical records of battery inflow, outflow, and logistics.
- Update depot logbooks and operational documentation on a regular basis.
- Monitor the condition of stored batteries and promptly report any identified faults or damages.
- Supervise and assist with the safe loading, unloading, and movement of inventory.
- Ensure the depot premises remain clean, safe, and properly organized at all times.
- Comply strictly with company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Perform additional depot-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic record-keeping, documentation, and reporting.
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity with office productivity tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
