About the Role
Norrenberger Financial Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our Structured Products Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the origination, development, and distribution of innovative structured investment solutions for our diverse clientele, spanning institutional investors, corporate entities, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities for structured products across target market segments.
- Build, manage, and deepen profitable client relationships to drive product adoption and long-term retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Investment Banking and Fund Management to support seamless product development and execution.
- Prepare compelling investment proposals, pitch decks, term sheets, and other essential client-facing materials.
- Monitor evolving financial market trends, investor behavior, and competitor strategies to inform business development initiatives.
- Actively support fundraising campaigns and contribute significantly to the continuous growth of Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Ensure all commercial and client-facing activities strictly comply with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience spanning structured finance, credit structuring, risk management, SME banking, corporate banking, or investment banking.
- Comprehensive understanding of Nigerian financial markets, fixed income instruments, and specialized investment products.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management competencies with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
