About the Role
Epheezy Model Management, a premier Nigerian modeling and talent development agency based in Lagos Mainland, Lagos, is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Officer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our brand presence, forging strategic partnerships, and creating lucrative commercial opportunities for our roster of aspiring creative talents.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new business opportunities, corporate partnerships, and brand sponsorships for modeled talents.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging commercial prospects in the Nigerian entertainment sector.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, fashion brands, event planners, and advertising agencies.
- Pitch agency services to prospective clients and negotiate favorable contracts that align with company goals.
- Collaborate closely with the management and talent coordination teams to ensure seamless execution of booked campaigns and projects.
- Represent Epheezy Model Management at industry events, networking functions, and promotional activations.
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Officer or in a similar commercial role, preferably within the creative, modeling, or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian talent management and fashion landscape, specifically within Lagos.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets, close deals, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and professional networking platforms.
