Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure high-value sponsorship and funding opportunities to support organizational goals.
- Develop and nurture strong corporate, institutional, and community partnerships.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with donors, stakeholders, and potential sponsors.
- Research relevant local and international grants, and spearhead the preparation of compelling applications and proposals.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of fundraising campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Identify innovative opportunities to scale SAF's programmes and maximize social impact across communities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in business development, fundraising, or grant management.
- Demonstrated success in proposal writing and securing donor funding or corporate sponsorships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify emerging trends and funding opportunities.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
