About the Role
Changeroom was established in 2012 with a vision to produce quality human resource solutions by partnering with our clients to provide highly specialized consulting services in human resources development and business management. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria and help expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Generate new business leads through strategic networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
- Build, nurture, and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, pitches, and proposals tailored to meet client objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close sales and strategic partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), ROI, and budgets to measure initiative effectiveness and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Represent Changeroom at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other modern business development tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to think strategically, solve creative problems, and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
