Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities in the Nigerian construction, infrastructure, and surveying sectors.
- Focus strategically on government infrastructure initiatives, large-scale commercial ventures, and prominent real estate developments.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term professional relationships with government agencies, key developers, contractors, and industry associations.
- Conduct regular strategic visits and stakeholder engagements to strengthen CCECC's market presence and professional network.
- Lead business and technical support for project bidding processes, assisting with comprehensive bid preparation and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally during project implementation to ensure seamless alignment with client expectations and contractual agreements.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience within the architectural design, construction, or infrastructure sector in Nigeria.
- Strong, demonstrable familiarity with local market operations, business landscapes, and industry dynamics.
- Established professional networks and valuable connections with Nigerian government agencies, real estate developers, and major contractors will be given absolute priority.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in successful business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related relevant discipline.
