Key Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly, understand their needs, and assist them expertly with product selection and inquiries.
- Arrange, merchandise, and display products neatly on shelves with accurate and visible pricing labels.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, issue receipts accurately, and operate Point of Sale (POS) machines with precision.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and properly stock incoming inventory against delivery notes.
- Monitor stock levels proactively and report low stock, damaged items, or expiring goods to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming shop and office environment throughout the business day.
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or NCE qualification from a recognized institution.
- At least 1 year of proven work experience as a shop attendant, retail sales assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Outstanding customer service, active listening, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated neatness, honesty, polite demeanor, and willingness to work on weekends when required.
- Must reside within close geographic proximity to the work location for easy commuting.
