About the Role

We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our executive education and corporate training initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead business growth by designing, promoting, and executing tailored learning solutions that empower professionals and corporate clients to achieve their organizational goals across Nigeria and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver customized learning and executive education programs tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
- Build and manage robust client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, long-term retention, and repeat business.
- Oversee training logistics, ensure exceptional delivery quality, and maximize learner engagement across all cohorts.
- Drive aggressive business development strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor the impact of training programs and collaborate with academic teams to continuously improve offerings.
- Leverage virtual learning platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Moodle to facilitate hybrid and remote sessions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a Master's degree is an added advantage).
- 5 to 7 years of proven professional experience in corporate training, business development, or executive education.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, client engagement, and end-to-end program delivery.
- Strong, up-to-date understanding of Nigeria's corporate learning and development landscape.
- Familiarity with modern virtual learning tools and educational technologies.
- Must reside on the Lagos Mainland, preferably around Ikeja, Agege, Ogba, or surrounding neighborhoods.
