About the Role
Sage Grey Technologies Limited is a leading technology provider creating sustainable solutions tailored to the Nigerian and global markets. To strengthen our deal origination pipeline, our affiliate, Sage Grey Finance Limited, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for Advisory to expand our market presence and secure viable transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and originate viable transactions and projects across infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, telecoms, and financial services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, project sponsors, DFIs, and investors.
- Lead business development initiatives for financial advisory, capital raising, project finance, and M&A mandates.
- Conduct high-level meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key corporate stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to management for business expansion.
- Prepare periodic pipeline updates and report on performance targets to executive management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial advisory, or project finance.
- Strong, established network within the Nigerian corporate, banking, and investment communities.
- Demonstrated success in transaction origination and client relationship management.
