About the Role
DCSL Corporate Services Limited is a leading professional services firm providing company secretarial, governance, immigration, and training services to diverse clients across Nigeria from our offices in Lagos, Abuja, and Port-Harcourt. We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our commercial initiatives, identify high-value opportunities, and strengthen our market leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and overall market expansion across targeted sectors in Nigeria.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative service offerings aligned with evolving market trends and client needs.
- Build, nurture, and manage robust relationships with corporate organizations, regulatory bodies, government agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations, secure lucrative service agreements, and manage key accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to promote core and specialized services effectively to target audiences.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, corporate sales, or account management.
- Prior working experience within professional services, consulting, or corporate governance sectors is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue targets and successfully closing complex B2B agreements.
