About the Role
Lonadek is a leading consultancy firm dedicated to implementing and developing Local Content that adds value to stakeholders across the Gulf of Guinea and globally. We specialize in local content consultancy, recruitment, engineering support services, and human resource capital development. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (Bids & Tender) to drive our growth strategy and manage our tendering processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor public and private procurement portals and industry platforms to identify profitable business opportunities aligned with company capabilities.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor research to support strategic bid qualification and positioning.
- Coordinate the end-to-end bid and tender management process, from initial opportunity identification through to final submission and post-bid review.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations, and HR departments to gather inputs and develop comprehensive, high-quality proposal documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with client requirements, tender guidelines, procurement regulations, and internal quality standards.
- Manage client communication, clarification requests, and post-submission follow-ups professionally.
- Track bidding metrics, success rates, and KPIs, preparing periodic reports for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in bid management, tender coordination, or business development within the oil and gas, engineering, or consulting sectors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong technical writing capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of procurement processes, contract documentation, and local content regulations in Nigeria.
