About the Role

We are currently seeking a confident, well-spoken, and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive commercial growth within the upstream Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new high-value business opportunities within the maritime and energy industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IOCs, indigenous operators, EPC contractors, service companies, and OEMs.
  • Generate quality leads and proactively manage the business development and sales pipeline.
  • Support the preparation of tenders, commercial proposals, prequalification documents, and vendor registrations.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and commercial or trading opportunities.
  • Represent Lucem Maritime & Energy Limited professionally at client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Open to ambitious recent graduates who are confident, articulate, sociable, and eager to build a career in Oil & Gas Business Development, as well as candidates with prior relevant industry experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to identify, pursue, and close lucrative business opportunities.
