Aureole Consulting Limited is a leading HR consulting firm specializing in talent acquisition, outsourcing, executive search, and strategic HR solutions, with a mission to revolutionize the industry across Africa. We are currently looking for a driven and commercially savvy Business Development & Commercial Associate to join our vibrant team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our sales pipeline, expanding our market reach, and supporting day-to-day commercial operations across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities- Generate high-quality leads and proactively follow up with prospects to convert new business opportunities.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify emerging industry trends and untapped commercial segments.
- Support comprehensive marketing campaigns, online brand presence, and corporate business events.
- Prepare, manage, and track commercial documentation including quotations, proposals, invoices, and detailed sales reports.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue metrics, and outstanding payments, providing timely updates to management.
- Assist the executive leadership team with strategic research, business reports, and special growth initiatives.
- Drive commercial growth for our innovative Charcoal Express business by identifying buyers and executing targeted marketing and sales strategies.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience; passionate NYSC members and recent graduates with strong internship backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated passion for sales, business development, digital marketing, and overall commercial strategy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with solid analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with prior CRM experience serving as a distinct advantage.
- Prior interest or operational exposure within agriculture, commodities, logistics, export, or international trade is a significant plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
