About the Role
Transsion Holdings, a global leader in mobile communications and the parent company of TECNO, itel, Infinix, and Carlcare, is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Retail Field Supervisor (Store Patrol) for our 3C HUB retail network in Lagos, Nigeria. In this field-based role, you will serve as the crucial on-the-ground link between store teams and management, ensuring operational excellence, coaching frontline staff, and driving retail success across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular scheduled and unannounced visits across assigned 3C HUB store locations to monitor merchandising, stock accuracy, store cleanliness, and operational compliance.
- Identify on-site challenges and swiftly coordinate resolutions with store personnel, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Train, mentor, and support retail team members on customer service standards, product knowledge, and effective sales processes.
- Gather, analyze, and report daily retail data including sales metrics, footfall, and inventory levels using Excel and internal reporting tools.
- Act as a reliable communication bridge between local retail staff and corporate management to streamline operations.
- Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria, with the ability to travel regularly between assigned retail locations.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in retail operations, store supervision, or consumer electronics environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software for accurate data entry and reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with fluency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage people, train staff, and coordinate multi-party tasks efficiently under pressure.
