Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, corporate clients, and strategic partnerships aligned with company values.
  • Conduct thorough market research to spot emerging industry trends, competitor movements, and potential growth sectors.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from initial outreach and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the events and consulting teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Represent The Qibla Co. at industry networking events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to build brand awareness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within event management or professional services.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the Nigerian corporate landscape and event ecosystem.
  • High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a self-driven work ethic.
