About the Role
SENRI Limited, backed by Africa Incubator Ltd., is transforming the African business landscape by integrating advanced technology and strategic management into local enterprises. We are currently looking for a driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through strategic cold outreach, referrals, networking, and online prospecting.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Conduct thorough discovery meetings and product demonstrations to understand customer challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Develop customized commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close new business deals.
- Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline using our CRM system to track activities and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and requirement gathering.
- Explore and identify new industries and market opportunities to expand SENRI's footprint in Nigeria.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience within Enterprise Sales, SaaS, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Equipment industries.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and manage medium to long sales cycles.
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and business proposal writing skills.
- High level of resilience, self-motivation, discipline, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
