About the Role
Ren San & Co. is a boutique management and business support service firm specializing in strategic solutions for corporations, organizations, and individuals across Nigeria. We are seeking a motivated Business Consultant to support consulting engagements, conduct thorough research, and deliver exceptional client-ready outputs in a hybrid work setting (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive market, industry, policy, and competitor research to drive project insights.
- Develop high-quality concept notes, business proposals, feasibility studies, and strategic plans.
- Participate in client meetings, stakeholder consultations, and business diagnostic workshops.
- Coordinate project activities, track deliverables, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Contribute to the firm's knowledge management initiatives and thought leadership publications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, advisory services, strategy, or project management.
- Exceptional business writing, research, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
