McKinsey & Company is seeking a driven and analytical Business Analyst to join our global network of consultants. In this role, you will work collaboratively with private, public, and social sector organizations to tackle their most pressing challenges, implement strategic solutions, and drive lasting performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate in teams of 3-5 consultants to identify and execute tailored client solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize complex information using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Formulate and test hypotheses to develop actionable business recommendations.
- Present findings and strategic insights directly to client management and senior stakeholders.
- Structure ambiguous problems and build trust-based relationships across diverse client teams.
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree, or 1+ years of post-graduate professional work experience.
- Strong quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex data.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Proven capacity to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced team environments.
