Key Responsibilities- Implement HSE policies, procedures, and systems supporting safe and compliant terminal operations.
- Maintain current knowledge of HSE standards, environmental requirements, and loss prevention practices.
- Conduct facility inspections, audits, and hazard assessments, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Report HSE incidents and support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessments.
- Deliver HSE awareness and training programmes to employees and third-party personnel.
- Drive compliance with company policies, applicable legislation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certification in a related discipline.
- Demonstrated HSE experience, preferably within port operations, logistics, industrial, or heavy equipment environments.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence safe behaviours across diverse teams.
- Knowledge of dangerous goods handling, emergency response, accident investigation, and occupational safety practices.
- Gain exposure to world-class health, safety, and environmental management practices within terminal operations.
- Develop expertise in accident and incident investigation, risk management, and compliance.
