About the Role
Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC is a leading full-service financial services group in Nigeria, offering a comprehensive suite of corporate, investment, personal, and wealth management solutions. We are currently looking for a driven and experienced Business Analyst to facilitate and manage feature development, implementation, and user adoption of critical enterprise solutions such as Salesforce and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies across our entities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business analysis, process improvement, project management, and change management methodologies for enterprise solutions.
- Guide and direct business requirements collation for Salesforce and RPA implementation projects.
- Create detailed technical user stories for administrators, developers, and quality assurance teams to facilitate building and testing.
- Ensure seamless integration and usage of enterprise platforms across all Stanbic IBTC IAM entities.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc, B.Tech, B.Eng) in a relevant discipline.
- Salesforce Ranger, Administrator, or Business Analyst certification.
- Relevant Robotic Process Automation (RPA) trainings and certifications.
- Business Analysis, Project Management, and/or Product Management certifications.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) certification is a strong advantage.
