About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Security Coordinator to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and effectiveness of our technical security infrastructure to protect personnel, assets, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the installation, maintenance, monitoring, and upgrade of CCTV, electronic access control, and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular technical security risk assessments to identify system vulnerabilities and operational gaps.
- Investigate technical security incidents and breaches, providing actionable corrective measures.
- Develop and implement technical security procedures, standards, and controls across operational locations.
- Provide technical support and specifications for the procurement and deployment of security equipment.
- Collaborate with Plant Security teams and internal stakeholders to support emergency response and business continuity.
- Train and guide security personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of technical security systems.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable company security policies and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Security Management.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years focused on technical security and risk management.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing CCTV, access control, and advanced alarm technologies.
- Prior military or paramilitary background is an added advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or CEH are preferred.
