About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented Data Engineer to build the foundational platforms powering our core data use cases, developing scalable pipelines, and ensuring seamless machine learning model orchestration.
Key Responsibilities- Build robust, multi-source ingestion pipelines to gather data efficiently.
- Maintain and continuously improve ETL/ELT processes to deliver high-quality, usable datasets for the business.
- Optimize processing costs and ensure high coding standards across all data departments.
- Develop orchestration, version control, and lineage systems to support a strong CI/CD process.
- Translate non-technical business requirements into actionable data engineering solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven post-NYSC data engineering experience.
- Advanced SQL skills with hands-on expertise in querying and joining large datasets.
- Strong proficiency in Python and version control tools like Git.
- Experience using Terraform for infrastructure and access management control.
- Excellent communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in healthcare, health insurance, or related fintech/tech sectors is a strong plus.
