Key Responsibilities- Perform professional semi-permanent brow treatments and other brow grooming services with high precision and attention to detail.
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, face shapes, and preferences to recommend the best brow styling options.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with all health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare routines to ensure the longevity and best results of their brow treatments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with the Disemi Brand standard of a premium, welcoming experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques.
- Proven professional experience as a Brow Artist or similar aesthetic role with a strong portfolio of clean work.
- In-depth knowledge of semi-permanent brow techniques, shaping, mapping, and color theory.
- Impeccable professional appearance, excellent work ethic, and a polite, approachable demeanor.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills to build and retain a loyal client base.
