About the Role
Adron Homes & Properties Limited is a leading real estate development company dedicated to helping people realize their aspirations of homeownership, comfort, and security. We are currently seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Operating Officer / Director General, Estate Management to drive operational excellence across our expansive property portfolio spanning over 4,000 acres.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive estate management strategies, operational policies, and service delivery standards.
- Oversee daily estate operations, coordinating personnel, facilities, critical infrastructure, and third-party service providers.
- Supervise estate maintenance, landscaping, sanitation, drainage, road networks, and security coordination.
- Establish preventive maintenance programs to preserve asset value, minimize infrastructure deterioration, and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure effective enforcement of estate bylaws, regulations, and property management standards.
- Manage resident relations, swiftly resolving complaints, service requests, and disputes to elevate customer satisfaction.
- Develop and monitor estate management budgets and resource allocation to ensure optimal financial accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Urban and Regional Planning, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certification with a recognized industry body.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in real estate operations, property, or facilities management, with at least 5 years in senior executive leadership.
- Deep expertise in infrastructure maintenance, service charge administration, and contractor management.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and cross-functional team management abilities.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian property regulations, environmental standards, and health and safety requirements.
