About the Role
YSG Chicken Co is a fast-growing agribusiness committed to producing and supplying healthy, high-quality poultry products. We are seeking a responsible, energetic, and results-driven Branch Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our retail branches. In this role, you will take ownership of the branch as a business unit, driving sales, managing inventory, and leading your team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company policies.
- Drive sales to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets through local marketing and exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile physical stock with sales records.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of frozen chicken products while maintaining cold-chain standards.
- Accurately record sales transactions, manage POS and cash reconciliations, and submit timely daily reports.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety within the branch environment.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor branch staff to boost productivity, discipline, and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail supervision, store management, frozen foods, FMCG, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, numerical, and problem-solving skills with high levels of honesty and integrity.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and basic digital business tools.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required by branch operations.
