About the Role
AshLuxury is the premier e-commerce destination where style meets luxury, renowned for providing its customers with specially curated high-fashion and cutting-edge designer clothes and accessories. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to support Zentaii’s physical retail experiences, including pop-up shops and experience hubs. This exciting role blends customer engagement, retail operations, sales execution, and brand representation, ensuring every in-person interaction reflects Zentaii’s values, standards, and commitment to exceptional skincare experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a passionate brand ambassador for Zentaii at the headquarters experience center and various retail touchpoints.
- Welcome customers warmly, recommending and providing personalized skincare guidance tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure every customer interaction is seamless, engaging, and fully aligned with premium brand standards.
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and daily skincare routines to build trust and drive conversion.
- Support day-to-day retail operations of pop-up shops and experience hubs to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking stock levels, restocking shelves, and flagging low inventory promptly.
- Execute in-store and assisted sales activities to consistently drive revenue and achieve targets.
- Plan and execute in-store events, pop-ups, and experiential activations to boost foot traffic and engagement.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in beauty retail, experiential marketing, or customer-facing brand roles.
- Prior experience managing pop-ups, brand activations, or in-store retail experiences is a distinct advantage.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
- Excellent brand storytelling and product education capabilities.
