About the Role
Victory Empowerment Centre is a dynamic organization dedicated to financial empowerment and sustainable growth through our proven group lending methodology. We empower individuals by facilitating easy access to financial services through self-selected community groups guided by fundamental social and economic indicators. We are currently seeking results-driven and experienced Branch Managers to spearhead our branch operations, coach high-performing teams, and drive aggressive business growth across our Lagos locations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, mentor, and coach Loan Officers to maximize daily productivity and performance.
- Drive proactive customer acquisition strategies and sustainable loan portfolio growth.
- Monitor branch performance metrics consistently to ensure the achievement of strategic targets.
- Oversee rigorous loan recovery processes and maintain exceptional portfolio quality.
- Prepare comprehensive branch reports and ensure strict adherence to operational compliance guidelines.
- Possession of an HND or B.Sc. degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business development, analytical, and people management skills.
- Prior working experience in financial services, microfinance, or banking is a distinct advantage.
- Must be dedicated, highly motivated, and willing to engage in field operations.
- Competitive monthly salary of N150,000.
- Comprehensive two-week compulsory training program prior to official deployment.
- Accommodation provided during training, with housing options available at specific branch locations.
- Structured work schedule comprising 70 percent field work and 30 percent office work.
- Regular weekly transportation and data allowances provided to facilitate fieldwork.
