Key Responsibilities- Supervise, mentor, and coach Loan Officers to achieve peak performance.
- Drive aggressive customer acquisition strategies and expand the loan portfolio.
- Monitor daily branch performance metrics and ensure all targets are consistently met.
- Oversee robust loan recovery processes and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
- Prepare comprehensive branch reports and ensure strict adherence to operational compliance and company policies.
- HND or B.Sc. degree in any relevant discipline.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a target-driven environment.
- Strong business development, analytical, and people management skills.
- Prior experience in the financial services sector will be a distinct advantage.
- High level of dedication, professionalism, and willingness to engage in fieldwork.
- Two weeks of compulsory professional training prior to deployment.
- Accommodation provided during training and available at designated branch locations.
- Role structure: 70 percent fieldwork and 30 percent office work.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Weekly transportation and internet data allowances provided.
