We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our branch operations, mentor our team, and drive strategic business growth in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, mentor, and coach Loan Officers to maximize their performance and productivity.
- Drive aggressive customer acquisition strategies and sustainable loan portfolio growth.
- Monitor daily branch performance metrics and ensure all organizational targets are consistently met.
- Oversee robust loan recovery processes to maintain excellent portfolio quality and minimize default risks.
- Prepare accurate branch reports and ensure strict adherence to operational compliance and regulatory standards.
- Possession of an HND or B.Sc. degree in any relevant academic discipline.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a structured professional environment.
- Strong business development, strategic planning, and exceptional people management skills.
- Prior working experience in financial services, microfinance, or banking is a distinct advantage.
