About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Incharge Officer to oversee our daily branch operations and drive business growth in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our front office and technical teams, ensuring top-notch service delivery, strict SOP adherence, and the achievement of ambitious sales targets for tyres, lubricants, and automotive accessories.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily branch operations, ensure strict SOP adherence, and maintain workplace discipline.
- Supervise Front Office operations including billing, invoicing, sales, and reception, alongside Technical Teams handling wheel alignment and tyre services.
- Drive aggressive sales of tyres, lubricants, batteries, and related accessories to consistently meet or exceed branch targets.
- Handle customer complaints, manage escalations, and implement continuous service improvements.
- Manage stock replenishment, maintain accurate records, and execute strict inventory control.
- Oversee branch administration, petty cash management, periodic reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all financial and operational transactions are accurately captured in ERP and CRM systems.
- Lead, train, and mentor branch staff while conducting regular performance reviews.
- Monitor cash flow, control operational expenses, and ensure strict budget adherence.
- Liaise effectively with local authorities, vendors, banks, and service providers.
- Ensure optimal maintenance of branch facilities, specialized equipment, and company assets.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven supervisory or branch management experience within the automobile, tyre, or lubricant industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in people management, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for a customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP/CRM software, and modern inventory management tools.
