About the Role
Elizabeth Maddeux Limited is currently recruiting a stylish, passionate, customer-focused, and results-driven Boutique Store Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall performance of our retail outlet located in Opic Estate, Isheri, Lagos. The successful candidate will ensure smooth store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, manage inventory, supervise staff, and maintain an attractive retail environment that reflects our brand's identity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily store operations and ensure the smooth running of the boutique.
- Deliver excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and build lasting client relationships.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate boutique staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock items, and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Create engaging content for social media and support marketing campaigns or promotions.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends and represent the brand’s image professionally.
- HND or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Fashion Management, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in retail, boutique operations, fashion sales, or store management.
- Additional certifications in retail management, digital marketing, or fashion merchandising are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and commercial awareness skills.
