About the Role

We are currently seeking vigilant, physically fit, and professional Bouncers to join our security team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, visitors, and staff across our managed hospitality facilities in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor premises to maintain a secure environment and deter unauthorized entry or disruptive behavior.
- Manage guest entry points, verify identification, and enforce venue access policies and dress codes.
- Resolve conflicts, handle difficult situations diplomatically, and de-escalate altercations promptly.
- Collaborate closely with internal security teams and local law enforcement when necessary.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety equipment is functional and emergency exits remain clear.
- Provide a visible, professional security presence to ensure peace of mind for all patrons.
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent professional security training certification.
- Proven working experience as a bouncer, security guard, or in a related safety role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong physical fitness, stamina, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent situational awareness, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure in high-stress situations.
