About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a professional, alert, and physically fit Bouncer to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for our guests, staff, and property. In this role, you will play a crucial part in controlling premises access, monitoring guest behavior, and ensuring compliance with all venue policies while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Control the entry and exit of guests, verifying eligibility and checking credentials where required.
- Maintain order within the venue and respond promptly to any disturbances or suspicious activities.
- De-escalate volatile situations professionally and escort disruptive individuals off the premises safely.
- Enforce venue rules, safety regulations, and emergency procedures at all times.
- Collaborate closely with internal management and security teams to guarantee comprehensive protection.
- Prepare accurate incident reports documenting any security-related events or breaches.
- Assist patrons and staff during emergencies, medical situations, or building evacuations.
- Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven previous experience working as a bouncer, security officer, or in a comparable safety role.
- Exceptional physical fitness with the stamina to stand and remain alert for extended periods.
- Strong observation, communication, and tactical conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm under intense pressure and handle difficult individuals with tact.
- High flexibility to work irregular hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
