About the Role

Zipline is transforming global logistics through the world's largest autonomous delivery network. We are seeking a meticulous and driven Aviation Compliance Analyst to support our rapidly expanding operations by ensuring strict adherence to aviation regulations, maintaining compliance documentation, and partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist cross-functional teams in preparing regulatory approval packages, documenting approval conditions, and maintaining post-approval compliance records.
  • Maintain and update aviation manuals, regulatory documents, and operating materials to align with approved operations and applicable regulations.
  • Format, organize, and version-control materials required for regulatory approvals, audits, inspections, and internal reviews via Zipline's compliance portal.
  • Maintain compliance dashboards, trackers, and structured datasets covering licenses, permits, certificates, renewals, and operational limitations across multiple countries.
  • Support compliance monitoring activities including audit readiness, findings management, non-compliance tracking, and CAPA follow-up.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to safety occurrences and regulatory reporting, including data capture and record management.
  • Standardize compliance processes, documentation structures, reporting templates, and training materials as operations scale globally.
  • Partner with country teams, operations leaders, and safety specialists to translate regulatory requirements into practical, field-level systems.
Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience in aviation compliance, quality assurance, safety, document control, or flight operations within UAS or manned aviation.
  • Strong ability to independently manage structured compliance workstreams with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting internal audits and managing findings and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Exceptional written communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate complex regulations into auditable systems.
  • Comfortable working across diverse international jurisdictions with varying regulatory maturity.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required for business operations.
